Smokin' Joe Frazier Among 22 Dead People Who Still Vote In Philly

By Ralph Cipriano
for BigTrial.net

Smokin' Joe Frazier, the city's most famous boxer, may have died on Nov. 7, 2011. But he still lives on at the polls.

In 2018, according to city records, the former heavyweight champ voted in the general election in his adopted hometown.

On city records that provide a "detailed inquiry" on voters, they got Smokin' Joe's birthdate right, Jan. 12, 1944. In a touch of nostalgia, the records also list Frazier's address as 2917 N. Broad Street. That's the location of the old Smokin' Joe's Gym, the three-story converted brick warehouse where, in the 1970s, Frazier trained for all of three of his championship fights against Muhammed Ali, while living in an apartment on the third floor.

Frazier leads a parade of 22 dead people, who according to city records gathered by Big Trial, miraculously came back to life to vote in past Philadelphia elections. Others on the list that's been uncovered so far include seven hero cops who died in the line of duty, a murdered community activist, and 11 dead relatives of cops.

The other celebrities on the list to date is Will Smith's late father, Willard Carroll Smith Sr., who died on Nov. 7, 2016, but still managed to vote in the 2017 and 2018 general elections.

And Anna Henderson, the oldest living person in Pennsylvania, who died on July 1, 2014, at the ripe old age of 114. But, according to city records, she still managed to vote in the 2017 and 2018 general elections, when she would have been 117 and 118 years old respectively.

Going by the brazenness of these examples, it's a safe bet that there may be more, many more, dead people voting in Philadelphia elections.

It's a voter fraud scandal that comes at a time when the attention of the nation is riveted on Philadelphia, where the board of elections is still counting mail order ballots cast in the presidential election.

Big Trial has attempted to reach city officials for comment on what appears to be voter fraud, but so far, Lisa Deeley, chairwoman of the city Board of Elections, Vice-Chair Al Schmidt, and Secretary Omar Sabir, have not responded to requests for comment.

Meanwhile, Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal lawyer, is in town to monitor the vote. At a press conference, Giuliani attacked the "Democratic crooked machine of Philadelphia" that he says is in the process of stealing an election.

Philadelphia, Giuliani said at a press conference here, not only "has a reputation for voter fraud" but also has "a reputation for dead people voting. And we're gonna look at just how many dead people voted here," Giuliani promised.

"Your know theses big city machines are crooked," Giuliani said at a press conference outside the Civic Center, after the Trump team got a court order that permitted them to watch the vote counting being conducted by the city's Board of Elections.

Giuliani's primary focus is "highly suspicious mail-in ballots . . . that could be from Mars," or from the Democratic National Committee, or from Camden, he said. When one political party controls the same town for, say 68 years, Giuliani said, as has happened in Philadelphia, and, "You own the media, you think you can do anything you want."

"You think we're stupid. You think we're fools?" Giuliani asked rhetorically at his Philadelphia press conference. "We're not gonna let them get away with it. We're not gonna let them steal the election."

In the spirit of draining the swamp, Big Trial invites the former New York City mayor, and the U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia, to take a look at these dead people who are still voting in Philadelphia.

The list includes seven hero cops:

-- Officer Moses Walker, who was robbed and shot to death in 2012 while walking to a bus stop after he finished his night shift at the city's 22nd Police District. According to city records, despite being dead, Walker voted in the 2018 general election.

-- Officer Brian Lorenzo, a motorcycle cop killed in 2012 by a drunk driver going the wrong way on I-95. But after he died, according to city records, Lorenzo voted in the 2016, 2017, and 2018 general elections.

-- Officer Paris Williams, who died in 2005 after suffering a heart attack while scuffling with protesters outside the Philadelphia Convention Center. But after his death, Williams managed to vote in the primary and general elections of 2016, the 2017 general election, and both the primary and general elections in 2018.

-- Officer Gary Skerski, who was shot and killed in 2006 while responding to an armed robbery at a cafe. But after he died, Skerski voted in the 2015 primary, the 2016 primary and general elections, and the 2018 general election.

-- Sgt. Timothy Simpson, who was killed in 2008 when his patrol car was hit by a vehicle operated by a drunk driver. But Simpson still voted in the 2015 primary election, and the general elections in 2017 and 2018.

-- Officer Charles "Chuck" Cassidy, who was gunned down in 2007 after he interrupted a robbery in a doughnut shop. But after his death, Cassidy came back to vote in the 2015 general election, the primary and general elections in 2016 and 2017, and the general election in 2018.

-- Officer Douglas Bamberger, who suffered a heart attack at the Criminal Justice Center and died on Oct. 16, 2016, but still managed to vote in the 2016 primary, and in primary and general elections in 2018.

Also on the list is Gerard Grandzol, a community activist, who was shot to death on Sept. 17, 2017, in front of his two-year-old daughter during a robbery. But according to city records, Grandzol voted in the Nov. 7, 2017 and 2018 general elections.

In addition, Big Trial has gathered the records of 11 dead relatives of police officers, who have been voting in primary and general elections in recent years. The list of these private individuals includes three mothers, two fathers, three grandfathers, a grandmother, and a father-in-law.

While good government types like Philadelphia lawyer Marc Stier have emailed me to say that this can't possibly be happening in Philadelphia, an old pro gave an interview yesterday where he declared that voter fraud in Democratic controlled big cities is a "time honored tradition."

In an interview with Newsmax, former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, a Democrat who did time for corruption before being pardoned by Trump, asked rhetorically, "If the question is, 'Are Democrats stealing votes in Philadelphia?' my answer is, Is the Pope Catholic?"

"It's a time-honored tradition in big, Democrat-controlled cities like Chicago, and my hometown, Philadelphia, to do precisely what they're doing," the former governor said. And then he went on to explain precisely how that's done.

"They control polling places, they stop votes when their candidate's behind, and then in wee hours in the morning, in the dark of night, the stealing starts."

And that's when the dead come back to life to cast their votes for Democrats:

  1. Bravo, keep turning up the Heat Ralph.

Come on Vincenzo, this is Your Historical and Monumental Time to expose the Corrupt Democrat Machine that you played and refined through your Brilliant Career.

It would be an achievement of the Highest Order for Senator Fumo to expose the lying Cheating Rat, Jumbo Kenney, and end the Nightmare of his Reign.

When will US Attorney McSwain convene a Grand Jury and require All Democrat Committeemen and Ward Leaders to testify to their Institutionalized Practice of Fixing Elections??

I couldn't find Joseph Frazier registered to vote at the address shown above, much less records that he voted: https://pasteboard.co/JzG0CxS.png

Something seems to be a little weird about the screenshot above, like its supposed to be terminal output but there seems to be a weird grayscale right around any white font, and what is up with the zip being split up? I wonder what site that screenshot came from.

  3. It's much more than dead people, a friend who moved to the west cost in 2008 still votes at his parents house. I still vote at an old address, I was out of here in 2013. They claim there is not enough fraud to affect an election, I think they are wrong. It will never change #systematic corruption
Lincoln Steffens, Excerpts from "Philadelphia: Corrupt and Contented," July, 1903
But many Philadelphians do not try to vote. They leave everything to the machine, and the machine casts their ballots for them. It is estimated that 150,000 voters did not go to the polls at the last election. Yet the machine rolled up a majority of 130,000 for Weaver, with a fraudulent vote estimated all the way from forty to eighty thousand, and this in a campaign so machine-made that it was called "no contest." Francis Fisher Kane, the Democrat, got 32,000 votes out of some 204,000. "What is the use of voting?"

  5. I just looked up four people you mention in this post. There is no record of anyone name Frazier registered this address. There is no Willard Carroll Smith registered in Philly. Anna Henderson is still registered but last voted, absentee, in 2012 when she was alive. There are two people named Moses Walker. Neither voted in 2018.

  6. I have the city records Marc. Where are you looking stuff up, on the state website?

There are city records that say everything I just printed. If there's an official explanation for what's going on here, I haven't heard it.

  8. I'm looking at state records. You can't be registered in the city and not be in the state system. You can't show up on a city records which, as far as I know, are printed from the state database, the SURE system.

  9. Well, I'm glad you're so confident about what you've got. Again, the city records say what they say. Did city officials falsify them just for laughs? Or is there something more sinister going on?

You've provided no answers. I'm waiting on an explanation from the city. But if they won't explain it to me, maybe they'll have to explain it to the feds.

    1. I presume that your story is on the basis that mail ballots are issued to dead people and then they are returned and counted as a vote. If so, who issues the ballots? The State or the City? Considering the state has an Absentee Ballot tracker (https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/Pages/ballottracking.aspx), it is the State that issues them, and tracks them.

Whatever records you think you have access to, are clearly not official. Where is the data stored, can it be manipulated etc.

Your story carries no water unless the Ballot tracker confirms what you are saying, which it does not at least for Joseph Frazier. It would seem that this is easily debunked as it doesn't match official records that can easily be checked.

How could a vote from Joe Frazier in 2020 election be counted if he isn't an registered voter, nor had a absentee ballot sent out?

Your story is full of holes.

  10. Marc, according to your online political activism, you appear to be a never-Trumper. Perhaps that's the source of your angst. Sorry if I've upset you. I'm just a reporter who's reporting the facts. And multiple sources who have access to city records are confirming those records say what I've said they say. So get over it. Or turn on MSNBC, or CNN, and start planning that Joe Biden victory party.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Again, I see no way someone not registered could show up in any "city records."

And by the way, what records are you talking about? The only possible records I know are poll books and they come from the state system. If you are talking about index cards that poll workers fill out, how exactly would you search them for particular names? They are in the order people show up not alphabetical order. I have no idea what else you could be talking about. I don't even know that the poll books or Index cards are kept by the city after data is entered in the state system.

If you want this claim to be plausible, we need some details of what records you are talking about and pictures of what you are claiming. Otherwise, your claims are just not defensible.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Well, now you're the judge and jury. And after an exhaustive investigation, you've issued your findings. Very impressive.

These are city computer records that I have in my possession. They are listed as "Voter Detailed Inquiry" for each voter. They contain a voter ID number for each person I have named, a name, address, date of birth, and a voting records from 2015 to 2019, for primary, general and special elections.

I didn't make these records up, and numerous others have access to them, and confirm what I've reported. So despite your vast knowledge, superior intellect, and impressive logic, since you have never seen these records and don't even know about their existence, I have to conclude you don't know what you're talking about.

    1. I'm asking friends if there is a city voter registration database different from the state one. I find it hard to believe that a city that is perennially short of money and that didn't add spending to election administration for a long time has a second database that is different from the state one. And it's especially surprising in a city and state that is known from incompetence in its computer systems--look at our unemployment systems.

I've been reading you for years and I find it hard to believe that you made this up. There are other possibilities.

Databases are easy to screw up. I do it all the time which is why I keep multiple backups. Searching database is hard, too.

But it's also easy to finagle with them. If you have a "voter detailed inquiry" that suggest to me that you haven't actually accessed the database yourself but someone has given you some records of searches they have done. And that makes sense given that I'm not sure how you would be able to find a handful of problematic cases in a huge database. It's not easy to search for those kinds of errors.

At any rate, anyone who has worked in voter databases would find the inconsistency between what you write and what can be found in a the state records really problematic.

  13. I wouldn't count on the DOJ or FBI to act fairly or judiciously until General Barr and Director Wray are out the door, which will probably occur as part of this Weekend's New Saturday Night Massacre.

Attorney General Barr has been just like his predecessor Jeff Sessions. Part of the Problem and he will be proven to be a Never-Trumper as he demonstrated by the phony and protracted US Attorney Durham Probe which failed to Interview the Bidens as part of the Greatest Political Corruption Scandal in American History.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'm not sure why you think talking about my politics is necessary. I'm not assuming your political views is driving this post.

Perhaps the city keeps some computerized records that are different from the state records. Given that this would be an entirely unnecessary expense in a city and state that is both short of money and known for its incompetence in computerized records (look at the unemployment system), I would find it surprising. And why would someone enter data in two separate systems? That is a total waste of time and money.

Sometimes people keep two sets of books. Restaurants that do a cash business often have to sets of books, one for the government and one for the partners. But if you were going to cheat in elections, why would you keep a record of it? Corrupt pols don't keep record of their corruption especially when that takes effort.

You are a good reporter whose worked I have followed for years. I would be shocked if this is a deliberate falsehood. Perhaps you have made an error accessing the data. It's easy to screw up a database--I backup because I often trash mine and have to go back and find an earlier version.

Or maybe someone with an agenda is setting you up. It is really easy to change a few records in a database. How did you know to look at these case? Did someone suggest them to you?

At any rate, to anyone who has done work in this area and uses voter records databases all the time, that your data doesn't match the state records is highly suspect.

    1. You should watch the movie, The Shame of a City from 2006, maybe then you'll see what really goes on in this place. Anyone who has a sign on to the police system can access the information. It's a real system. The fraud voting has been happening for years.

A former judge of elections in South Philadelphia has admitted accepting cash bribes to tamper with the results of the city's primary elections from 2014-2016, federal prosecutors announced Thursday.

Domenick J. DeMuro, 73, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deprive voters of their civil rights and violating the Travel Act, U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain said. DeMuro faces up to 15 years in prison when he's sentenced June 30.

  15. I have made no errors accessing the data base. Those records say what I said they say. I actually have copies of those records in my possession.

In a city where we still have our ridiculous DROP plan, a totally incompetent mayor, a corrupt DA whose main function in life is to let dangerous criminals out of jail, two still active City Council members under criminal indictments, and a totally incompetent police commissioner, not to mention a corrupt board of elections that just bought the most expensive and easily hacked voting machines out there -- after they were paid off and did a $29 million deal in complete secrecy -- I can't believe that the dead voting would be a surprise to you.

Too many people have seen these same records. They exist, and they say what I said they say. If you're saying city government can't be that corrupt, and I'm saying the records show that it is, my money's on Philadelphia being corrupt.

Because it's corrupt to the core. If you're betting on good government, you lose.

  16. Who's right Marc, about the dead voting in Philadelphia, you, with your theoretical objections, and the former governor of Illinois who did in the federal prison for political corruption:

In an interview with Newsmax, former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, a Democrat who did time for corruption before being pardoned by Trump, asked rhetorically, "If the question is, 'Are Democrats stealing votes in Philadelphia?' my answer is, Is the Pope Catholic?"

"It's a time-honored tradition in big, Democrat-controlled cities like Chicago, and my hometown, Philadelphia, to do precisely what they're doing," the former governor said. And then he went on to explain precisely how that's done.
